Description:

Dalam pengambilan kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X1), relationship marketing (X2), dan citra merek (X3) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) aplikasi transportasi online Gojek. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Kemanggisan, Jakarta Barat dimana pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 145 responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan aplikasi transportasi online Gojek di wilayah Kemanggisan, Jakarta Barat. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Instrumen yaitu Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Hipotesis diantaranya Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji Simultan, Uji Parsial dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, relationship marketing dan citra merek secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial (sendiri) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan relationship marketing paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
